     Tube is commonly used for structural application and outside diameter is the reference dimension.
    Tube size is specified by outside diameter (OD) and wall thickness (WT)
    and manufactured in closer tolerances.
    Tubes are produced in lower diameter and thickness range and are considered costlier compared to pipes.
     Pipes are identified as tubular hollow vessels used in pipeline and piping systems for conveying or transportating liquids or gases.
    They are specified by Nominal Pipe Size (NPS) or Nominal Bore (NB) and schedule (WT).
    Regardless of the wall thickness the nominal OD of pipe does not vary.
    The bore of the NPS or NB pipe roughly equals to the specified size. 

    Step 1

    The Raw Material are procured in Wide Coils form, which are tested for chemical and mechanical properties.

    Step 2

    These Wide Coils are slit in slitting line to the desired narrow width roughly equal to the perimeter of the Steel Pipes and Tubes sizes.

    Step 3

    The narrow coil passes through a sequence of pre aligned forming and fin rolls of high profile hardened and tempered top and bottom rolls.

    Step 4

    The Strip attains the circular shape in various stages which will be welded by high frequency induction.

    Step 5

    The welded pipe is then passed through a coolant chamber and sized by the sequence of rolls through sizing stands.The Pipes will be cut off automatically in flying Cold Saw machine as per the set length.

    Step 6

    These Pipes and Tubes are then trasferred for quality inspctions and testing like Hydro Testing machines, Universal Testing machine for testing qualityof welding, mechanical testing of pipes and finally these are bundled for dispatch/storage.
